It's funny how you find stuff out these days. I spotted this on that there twitter earlier – Vitsoe's London shop, all dressed up for this year's London Design Festival (as tweeted here):

… which immediately brought to mind the original masthead of The Face:

… which I then tweeted, and people chatted about it and one thing led to another … and then all of a sudden this bombshell happened:
